Thrift Barn Team Member:
This part-time position (no more than 20 hours per week) will support the mission of Catholic
Charities of Southeast Texas by assisting in the daily operations of the Thrift Barn. This role is
integral to maintaining a welcoming environment for donors and shoppers, ensuring quality
control of donations, and providing excellent customer service. The Team Member will assist in
receiving, sorting, tagging, merchandising, sales transactions, inventory management, and
cleanliness of the property. The Thrift Barn is located in Winnie, TX (Chambers County).
High School Diploma or GED Preferred. Previous related/similar work experience
preferred. Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English
and Spanish is a plus but not required.
Note: Training will be provided on store policies, cash register use, and safety procedures.
Background checks to include past employment verification, criminal record, credit report,
driving record, and education verification.

Market to HOPE (Help Other People Eat) Stock Clerk:
This is a full time position responsible for assisting with the replenishing of items to the pantry from the warehouse, curbside delivery of groceries into clients’ vehicles. The Market to HOPE Assistant serves clients of all religious, racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to: Market to HOPE Program Director
Also works with the President/CEO, Vice President of Programs, Office Manager, Receptionists, other agency staff, volunteers, vendors, and clients.
